Discover Holidays Inc. is seeking a commercially minded Product Revenue Analyst to strengthen decision-making through Power BI reporting, revenue and margin insights, forecasting, and inventory performance analytics. This role converts data into clear recommendations that improve yield, reduce risk, and support supplier and product strategy—partnering closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

What does success look like? Leadership has a trusted, recurring view of commercial performance (revenue, margin, pick-up pace, sell-through, risk); forecasts are credible, explained, and used to guide action; and recommendations on pricing, inventory risk, and supplier/product performance are evidence-based and measurable.

Responsibilities:

Power BI Reporting & Performance Management

  • Own and evolve Power BI dashboards and recurring reporting packs (weekly/monthly), including KPI definitions and governance.
  • Build consistent views across product lines and suppliers (revenue, margin, demand pace, sell-through, cancellations, seasonality).
  • Improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work through automation and standardization.
  • Partner with system and data owners to validate inputs and improve data quality feeding Power BI.

Revenue Forecasting & Business Insight

  • Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario models (base/best/worst), including variance analysis and narrative commentary.
  • Identify performance drivers and risks early (pricing gaps, demand shifts, compression, supplier constraints) and recommend actions.
  • Support planning cycles with insight and documentation that improves accountability and follow-through.

Pricing & Yield Recommendations

  • Analyze pricing effectiveness and yield performance; identify where adjustments or offers are warranted.
  • Provide recommendation memos: what to change, why, expected impact, and how to measure results.
  • Monitor competitive signals where available and relevant; translate into practical guidance.

Inventory Performance Analytics

  • Analyze inventory constraints and compression risk using booking pace and available performance reporting.
  • Recommend inventory strategy priorities (where to protect inventory, where to stimulate demand), partnering with operational owners for execution.
  • Create early-warning indicators and exception reporting for underperformance or risk.

Cross-Functional Enablement & Communication

  • Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders; enable decisions with concise narratives and visuals.
  • Partner with Strategic Partnerships & Supplier Performance to support supplier reviews, performance discussions, and commercial planning.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Strong business acumen in analytical roles supporting revenue, margin, pricing, forecasting, or performance management
  • Advanced Power BI capability (data modelling/measures, dashboard design, stakeholder-ready outputs)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and ad hoc modelling
  • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and influence cross-functional decisions
  • SQL experience or familiarity with data pipelines and BI governance (preferred)
  • Experience in travel/tour operations, hospitality, or inventory-constrained businesses (preferred)
Employee Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Competitive pay with opportunities for bonuses
  • Generous Vacation: Ample paid time off to recharge and explore
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and travel insurance
  • Recognition Program: A culture of gratitude celebrating team achievements
  • Professional Development: Ongoing training to advance your skills and career
  • Travel Perks: Exclusive travel discounts and firsthand product experiences
  • Dynamic Environment: Join a passionate team creating memorable journeys
