We are seeking a full time Travel Designer (sales and service) to work closely with our clients to create tailor made travel solutions. This position requires attention to detail, organization and is predominantly computer/office work. The Travel Design team works in partnership with international wholesalers, travel agents and consumers to develop tour itineraries.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints
- Itinerary Design: Craft customized travel itineraries that include accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining options based on client preferences and available resources
- Destination Knowledge: Develop expertise in the Canada and Alaska regions, staying updated on the latest attractions, accommodations, and experiences to offer the most current and relevant recommendations
- Logistics Management: Coordinate all aspects of the travel itinerary, including flights, transportation, reservations, and activities, ensuring seamless transitions for clients throughout their journey
- Budget Management: Provide clients with pricing and work within their budget constraints to create exceptional travel experiences
- Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, including hotels, tours and transfers to ensure top-notch services for clients
- Client Support: Offer exceptional customer service throughout the travel process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the trip
- Safety and Compliance: Stay informed about travel regulations, safety guidelines, and health protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from clients after their journeys and use it to continuously improve our services and offerings
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A courteous, friendly, positive, team-player attitude
- Proficiency with computer applications and have good keyboarding skills
- Accuracy and an attention to detail
- Independent motivation and solution seeking skill
- Experience in sales, verbally and written
- An education and experience in the travel industry
- Destination knowledge and travel experience in Canada, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand and/or Fiji

Apply nowWe are seeking a full time Product Coordinator to administer and participate in our contracting process; maintain and construct our product portfolio in our systems and tariff. The position is essential to maintain and develop product assets across Canada and Alaska.
This position requires attention to detail, organization and is predominantly computer work. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, with the interest to connect with our suppliers. The role works with well developed systems and processes to ensure we contract quality suppliers for the benefit of the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Contract management and detailing for complete and accurate information
- Administer product information in reservations system
- Room block management including loading block, release dates, blackouts, managing inventory
- Proofing existing and new programs, rates, and tariffs
- Coordination of reservation confirmations
- Maintain effective relationships with supplier partners
- Script writing for tour and product itineraries
- Website updates and management
- Creating and maintaining an image database
- Building and managing our product tariff
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional organizational skills, a ‘can do, will do, must do’ mentality; a courteous, positive, team-player attitude
- A demonstrated communication and leadership skillset
- Excellent keyboarding skills and proficiency with Excel
- Independent motivation, solution seeking skills, and ability to manage changing priorities
- Excellent communication skill both verbally and business writing
- Education in tourism management
- An affinity to process management, technical skill, and attention to detail

Our comprehensive system streamlines the reconciliation and administration of accounts payable and receivable requirements, supported by a team of product specialists who ensure accurate pricing. However, as is the case in any industry, discrepancies may arise, requiring problem-solving skills and investigative work. The role of Accounts Assistant is critical to maintaining accountability and providing credible service for our product requirements, fostering positive relationships with our extensive network of suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle AP and AR
- Investigating account disputes and billing discrepancies
- Performing account and payment reconciliations
- Liaising with internal departments regarding supplier billing
- Analyzing processes and recommending improvements
- Maintaining filing and other administrative duties for all accounting related activities
- General office administration
To be successful in this role:
- An understanding of the accounting cycle
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, high energy, and strong communication skills
- A high level of proficiency with computers and the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively to meet daily competing deadlines
